Welcome to LindShield. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of safety equipment and protective gear from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Pricing
We supply certified personal protective equipment and safety products. All prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KSH) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We strive to keep product information and pricing accurate, but errors may occur; where a price is clearly incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the pricing was incorrect, or we suspect fraudulent activity. Payment must be completed using the methods offered at checkout.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Kenya and the wider East Africa region. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with location and product availability. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
Faulty or incorrectly supplied items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once opened. Approved refunds are processed using your original payment method.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Product content and images remain the property of LindShield.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our products must be used in line with the manufacturer's instructions and relevant safety standards. To the extent permitted by law, LindShield is not liable for misuse of products or for indirect or consequential loss.
